The Malayalam film Manjummel Boys, though lacking big-name stars, has become a record-breaker in the South Indian film industry (Mollywood). This exciting movie, directed by Chidambaram, is now available to watch on Disney+ Hotstar, with subtitles in multiple languages including Telugu.

Since its release on the streaming platform yesterday, two scenes in particular have been getting a lot of buzz online. The first scene showcases a remarkable transition. It starts by showing the childlike innocence of a character named Subhash, played by Sreenath Bhasi. Then, in a surprising twist, it cuts to a thrilling scene where Subhash finds himself in a dangerous situation inside a cave. Many viewers are praising this scene as a masterpiece of filmmaking, calling it one of the best transitions ever seen in Indian cinema.

Another highlight of the movie is the emotional use of the popular song “Kammani” from the Kamal Haasan film Guna during a crucial moment in the climax, where the other characters are trying to rescue Subhash. These two scenes have left a lasting impression on viewers watching the film on Disney+ Hotstar, with some even saying they regret not seeing the movie in theaters.

Manjummel Boys boasts strong performances by actors Soubin Shahir, Sreenath Bhasi, Balu Varghese, Ganapathi S Poduval, and Lal Jr., among others. The film is a production of Parava Films, a company run by Soubin Shahir, Babu Shahir, and Shawn Antony. The music by Sushin Shyam plays a key role in enhancing the overall experience of the story.
