Alia Bhatt, who achieved fame through her role in Gangubai Kathiawadi, took part in the Met Gala held in New York for the second time. She wore a stunning Sabyasachi saree that went well with this year’s theme, ‘Garden of Time.
In pure beauty, Alia wowed fans and fellow attendees with her poise as she walked down the red carpet in an amazing floral saree which had a whopping 23-foot-long train. The saree was designed by Anaita Shroff Adajania and it featured intricate hand embroidery done using rich silk floss, sparkling glass beads and beautiful semi-precious stones – a true testament to Indian artistry.
Alia’s appearance at the 2024 Met Gala has been widely praised for being graceful while also representing India globally. Her enchanting photos from the event quickly became viral again showing off her timeless magic.
The fact is that about one thousand nine hundred sixty-five hours were spent by more than one hundred sixty three master craftsmen just to create perfect sarees for this bollywood star.
