Prime Minister Narendra Modi, alongside Pawan Kalyan and other NDA stakeholders, attended the Praja Galam meeting in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh today. In a departure from his usual stance, Modi criticized the YSR Congress government led by YS Jagan for derailing the state’s development trajectory.
Highlighting the stark contrast between Chandrababu Naidu‘s governance and the current administration, Prime Minister emphasized the significant regression in Andhra Pradesh’s progress under the YSRCP regime. He asserted that while Naidu’s tenure prioritized development, the YSRCP government has plunged the state into debt and administrative turmoil.
Expressing disappointment over the lack of proactive measures for development, Prime Minister accused the state government of neglecting its responsibilities and exacerbating corruption. He lamented the delays in central government projects and the disregard for the welfare of the people.
As the political discourse intensifies, it remains to be seen how the state government’s supporters will respond to Modi’s critique.
