Recently, Tollywood sensation Allu Arjun found himself embroiled in controversy after a visit to Nandyala in Andhra Pradesh. His appearance in support of MLA Shilpa Ravi Chandra Kishore Reddy sparked a case against him, alleging a breach of the Model Code of Conduct, just ahead of the state elections scheduled for May 13.
The problem started when Allu Arjun and YSRCP MLA Reddy organized a big event at Reddy’s house, ignoring the state’s Section 144 rule. Deputy Tehsildar P Ramachandra Rao from Nandyala Rural responded by filing a case against them.
Allu Arjun explained his visit, stating that he went to show support to a friend, without considering any political connections. Despite the controversy, he emphasized his stance of assisting friends in need, without endorsing any particular political party.
Videos and pictures on social media showed the actor being warmly welcomed by a large crowd of fans in Nandyala. He graciously acknowledged their presence, alongside Sneha Reddy, expressing gratitude for the hospitality extended by Reddy.
