In a recent interview, Atlee shed light on his much-anticipated collaboration with Superstar Rajinikanth. Expressing his admiration for Rajini, Atlee revealed that his entry into the film industry was inspired by Rajini’s classic, “Thalapathy.” Having previously worked with Rajini on “Enthiran” (Robot) while assisting Shankar, Atlee disclosed that he has engaged in multiple story discussions with the legendary actor.
Despite time constraints, Atlee aims to craft the perfect script for Rajini, wanting to explore uncharted territories beyond the iconic “Baasha.” He envisions his film with Rajini to be the pinnacle of the superstar’s illustrious career, akin to the peaks achieved by Arya and Vijay in his previous works. Atlee, affectionately called ‘Kanna’ (dear) by Thalaivar, emphasized Rajini’s eagerness to collaborate and expressed his commitment to delivering a project that exceeds expectations.
