The Rouse Avenue Court has rejected her plea in both the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) cases and denied bail for Kalvakuntla Kavitha. The court rejected all the petitions filed by her, which means this is another blow for the former parliamentarian.
It has once again made it clear how serious these charges are against her and how many legal hurdles she has to cross over. Therefore future of Kavitha remains on tenterhooks as she has been refused bail thereby complicating further an already complex situation.
