During a meeting with Muslim minorities in Siddipet, BRS MLA Harish Rao asserted that Kavitha, KCR’s daughter, faced jail time due to her clash with BJP. He emphasized BRS’s opposition to BJP and warned against voting for Congress, suggesting it would benefit BJP. Rao assured continued support for minority welfare, crediting KCR for increasing residential quotas for minority children’s education.
Rao questioned whether Kavitha would have been arrested if she aligned with BJP and accused Revanth Reddy of colluding with BJP to undermine BRS. He assured accessibility of BRS leaders to the people after parliamentary elections and criticized the Congress for not fulfilling its promises, including the implementation of six guarantees. Rao highlighted the Congress government’s alleged reversal of progress and its failure to provide financial aid to minorities, contrasting it with BRS’s budget allocation of Rs. 4,000 crores for minority welfare.
