Delhi Liquor Policy Case: BRS MLC Kavitha has requested to appear in court both in person and via video conference on the 7th of this month. Kavitha, arrested in Delhi’s liquor policy case and currently in Tihar Jail, has been under judicial custody until May 7. Investigating agencies are scheduled to present her before the court on that day, but she has applied to attend in person.
Previously, Kavitha appeared before the court through video conference after her custody was extended. Now, she seeks the option to attend the hearing through video conference again. Since her arrest, the Rouse Avenue Court has extended her custody four times. Kavitha’s addressed the media during her initial court appearance, followed by subsequent proceedings via video conference.
