The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and Janasena are collaborating on a pivotal election campaign, led by Chandrababu and Pawan Kalyan. Their joint efforts aim to counter Jagan’s YCP through strategic meetings and cadre instructions.
In a significant development, Pawan Kalyan met with Pemmasani Chandrasekhar, a potential TDP candidate for the Guntur Lok Sabha segment. Their hour-long discussion covered various political topics relevant to Guntur and Andhra Pradesh.
Pemmasani later expressed satisfaction with the meeting, highlighting shared values of social responsibility and philanthropy between himself and Pawan Kalyan. The focus of their discussion was to align TDP and JSP strategies for the joint campaign in Guntur.
Telugu Desam is considering replacing Galla Jaydev with Pemmasani, a well-educated and affluent individual, as the candidate for Guntur. Pemmasani, known as a young and knowledgeable leader, has been associated with TDP for over a decade. Despite initially aspiring for the Narasaraopeta MP ticket, he is now poised to contest the Guntur MP seat on behalf of TDP.
