Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, Nara Chandrababu Naidu, has strongly criticized the governance of the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) during their five-year rule. In a recent TV interview, Chandrababu voiced concerns over the state of affairs under Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s administration, particularly highlighting the deterioration of significant projects such as Amaravati, the Polavaram project, and various industries.
Expressing deep apprehension for the youth of Andhra Pradesh, Chandrababu Naidu emphasized the need for change and restoration under the leadership of the NDA coalition, led by Narendra Modi. He expressed confidence in Modi’s potential for a third term as Prime Minister, stressing the pivotal role of the Central government in the reconstruction of Andhra Pradesh.
Furthermore, Chandrababu shed light on the prevailing fear among the people of Andhra Pradesh under Jagan’s governance, pointing out the challenges faced by political leaders and social activists. He accused Jagan’s administration of jeopardizing the very survival of the Telugu community.
Chandrababu also highlighted the inefficiency of employees in Andhra Pradesh, citing clear opposition revealed in recent postal voting. He brought attention to the case of MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju, who allegedly faced severe harassment from the Jagan government, describing it as unprecedented in India’s democratic history.
During his tenure, Jagan purportedly accumulated massive debts and mismanaged state facilities, including secretariats, collectorates, hospitals, and farmers’ markets. Chandrababu pledged to prioritize wealth generation and increase state revenue if elected, ensuring that government earnings are dedicated solely to the welfare of the people.
