The CBI court must provide its approval before Jagan Mohan Reddy can go overseas due to ongoing charges involving disproportionate assets. The CBI court adjourned its decision on Jagan‘s travel request until May 14th. Consequently, the suspense looms over Jagan’s potential foreign trip post the Andhra Pradesh polls, as clearance from the court remains pending.
Jagan’s proposed itinerary spans from May 17th to June 1st. Notably, the court’s decision, slated for May 14th, follows the culmination of the Andhra Pradesh polls on May 13th. Thus, Jagan’s ability to embark on his overseas journey hinges on the forthcoming court ruling.
