Early life:

Kasireddy Narayana Reddy was born on January 18, 1964 to Kasireddy Durgareddy and Kishthamma in Talakondapalli mandal, Khanapur village , Rangareddy district , Telangana state. He studied from first to fifth standard in Khanapur village government school, from sixth to eighth standard in Chukkapur government school and from ninth to tenth standard in Zilla Parishad High School. Kasireddy Narayana Reddy completed Intermediate from Government Junior College, Shadnagar , B.Tech from Hyderabad and M.Tech from Singhania University, Rajasthan

Political career:

Kasireddy Narayana Reddy entered politics in 2014. He expected ticket from Kalvakurti Assembly constituency in 2014 assembly election , failed to get ticket, contested as an independent candidate and came third. Narayana Reddy joined the Telangana Rashtra Samiti Party in 2016 .

He contested as a TRS candidate from Mahabubnagar District Local Bodies Constituency in Telangana Legislative Council Elections held in 2016 and won as MLC. Narayana Reddy expected TRS ticket from Kalvakurti Assembly constituency in Telangana Assembly elections in 2018 , but failed to get the ticket.

On 22 November 2021, the TRS leadership finalized his name for the second time as the TRS MLC candidate for the seat of the local bodies of the joint Mahbubnagar district local bodies in the 2021 Telangana Legislative Council MLC elections. He filed his nomination papers as a TRS MLC candidate on November 23. He was unanimously elected MLC of local bodies in Mahbubnagar district and received the winning certificate on 26 November. Kasireddy Narayana Reddy took oath as MLC on 27 January 2021.

Kasireddy Narayana Reddy expected a BRS ticket from Kalvakurti constituency in the 2023 assembly elections, but he resigned from the BRS party on October 01, 2023 due to his dissatisfaction with the seat being allotted to the sitting MLA Jaipal Yadav.
