As a Civil Contractor, Lakshmareddy is involved in the construction industry, overseeing and managing various projects related to infrastructure development, building construction, and civil engineering.

Lakshmareddy Bandari commenced his political journey with the Indian National Congress (INC) before Joining the Bharatiya Rashtriya Samanwaya Samiti (BRS). Coming from a family of Congress admirers and sympathizers, his political affiliations reflect the influence and background of his family members who have been associated with the Congress party. Lakshmareddy’s transition from the INC to the BRS demonstrates his flexibility and willingness to explore different political paths to pursue his ideals and objectives.
In 2014, Mr. Lakshmareddy Bandari contested as a candidate for Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) from the Uppal Assembly Constituency in the General Elections, showcasing his political ambitions and seeking public support for his candidacy.
Mr. Lakshmareddy Bandari worked as a Secretary in the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC), demonstrating his involvement in the administrative and organizational aspects of the party at the state level.
Mr. Lakshmareddy Bandari holds the esteemed position of being a Member of the Executive Council at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTUH), contributing to the governance and decision-making processes of the university, ensuring its effective functioning and development.
Mr. Lakshmareddy Bandari holds the important position of Joint Convenor of the Kisan Cell at the Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee, where he plays a crucial role in coordinating and addressing the agricultural concerns and interests of the party in the state.
Mr. Lakshmareddy Bandari indeed joined the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) party in 2018 and served as the Incharge of Amberpet Assembly Constituency Elections; it showcases his commitment to the party and his efforts to ensure the victory of TRS candidate Mr. Kaleru Venkatesh.
Currently, Mr. Lakshmareddy Bandari holds the position of Incharge for the Kamareddy and Banswada Municipal Elections within the Zaheerabad Parliamentary Constituency, actively overseeing and managing the electoral processes in these areas to ensure smooth and fair elections.
