She shared her feelings in a recent interview with Hindustan Times, expressing that while it used to bother her, she now finds it amusing since her audience recognizes her style well. Sara mentioned that she genuinely greets people with a namaste, and it became a trend that other girls started following.
In the interview, Sara discussed her recent films Ae Watan Mere Watan and Murder Mubarak where she plays the role of Usha, a woman running a secret radio channel during the British rule. The film also features actors like Sachin Khedekar, Abhay Verma, Sparsh Shrivastav, Alexx O’ Neil, and Anand Tiwari. Emraan Hashmi makes a special appearance as Indian independence activist Ram Manohar Lohia.
Sara next project is Anurag Basu “Metro In Dino” co-starring Aditya Roy Kapur and Konkona Sen Sharma, set for release on September 13th.
