“Kalki 2898 AD” is a high-budget Telugu film starring Prabhas and directed by Nag Ashwin, featuring Deepika Padukone as the female lead. At the VFX Summit 2023, Ashwin discussed his ambitious goal to handle the movie’s VFX entirely in India. Although not fully achieved, a substantial portion of the VFX work for the film has been completed in the country. Ashwin affirmed his commitment to keeping all VFX work for his future projects within India.
