TDP members had so far indulged in heated argument with the opposition for the last couple of months. There were huge arguments and exchange of words between the political adversaries. The former Chief Minister of united Andhra was compelled to stay in Hyderabad due to the outbreak of Covid-19 virus. He eventually returned to his state after getting the approval from Director General of Police.

Chandrababu Naidu had plans to visit Vizag after the LG Polymers gas leak. Unfortunately, the flight tickets were cancelled and there was a huge uproar from the ruling party. The situation became ugly after V Vijay Sai Reddy’s verbal attack on Chandrababu Naidu. It was quite evident that the ruling party in Andhra Pradesh wanted to deflect from the real issue. YSRCP was desperate to avoid any questioning after the tragic event.

Naidu was greeted by the TDP activist and many leaders from his party welcomed him at Karakatta Road. There will be an annual conclave Mahanadu on 27th and 28th of May. He will be addressing the party cadre through Zoom Application. Mahanadu will be held for 6 hours for the next two days and attended by 14,000 activists. Naidu will be visiting Vizag after Mahanadu.

Media outlets interpreted the entire event according to their agenda. As usual Sakshi News saw it as, “glass half empty.”

The Sakshi media report veracity cannot be trusted as it belongs to the ruling party. Nevertheless, there was a report about TDP workers violating the social distancing norms. No wonder it is condemnable, but the news channel is biased.
