TDP Supremo former CM of Andhra Pradesh Chandrababu Naidu today alleged that YSRCP has put the life of his party's MLA K Atchannaidu's life in danger by making him discharge in the middle of the night to arrest him away for the investigation under false charges. This is a human rights abuse and gross violation of the rule of law, he lamented.

Earlier when Government tried to arrest Atchannaidu, he sought relief from court as he recently underwent heart surgery. Court has provided him relief from arrest, however, Government moved special ACB court to arrest him.

ACB Court has clearly said Atchannaidu should be questioned while allowing him to rest in his hospital bed only. The court said he should not be made to sit or stand. The doctors of Guntur General Hospital have said Atchannnadiu needs 10 days bed rest. But, undue pressure was brought on the GGH doctors for discharging the former Minister at midnight, said Chandrababu Naidu.

He accused the Government of hatching a conspiracy and playing games with Atchannaidu's life. The MLA was arrested just a day after he underwent surgery and he was mercilessly forced to travel hundreds of kilometres in a vehicle. As a result of this inhuman treatment, the injury relapsed and Atchannaidu had to undergo another operation.
